These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rhaps mobile application and related services. By using Rhaps, you agree to these terms.
You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using Rhaps. If you create an account or profile, you are responsible for the activity that occurs through it.
Rhaps provides AI Beauty tools, beauty content browsing, profile features, follows, posts, comments, and related user functions. You agree to use the service only for lawful and personal purposes.
You are responsible for the photos, videos, profile details, comments, and other content you upload, publish, or share. You must have the right to use any content submitted through the app, and you must not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material.
Some features require photo or video processing and related data analysis. By using these features, you authorize Rhaps and its service providers to process the content needed to generate beauty edits, makeup previews, and skin analysis results.
Some features may involve paid content, recharge, or other purchase flows. Purchases made through Apple services are also subject to Apple's terms and billing rules.
Rhaps and its related branding, software, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
We may update, suspend, moderate, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may remove content or limit access when needed for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
Rhaps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may also choose to delete your account through the app where available.
